- Keto Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the coconut oil and let it melt.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the broccoli and garlic to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and xanthan gum. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli and stir to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over a bed of cauliflower rice.
